Can you believe it's already July 4th? I can't - the year is flying by! I had this paper from a DCWV stack for a while so thought it would be nice to use it. I started with navy blue cardstock, layered it with the patterned paper, and then layers of red, white and blue cardstock. The balloons were made using PTI's Up, Up & Away stamp set and the matching balloon dies; the sentiment is from PTI's Vintage Picnic.
