Shutter cards seem to pop up a lot around Halloween and are a lot of fun to make. They look a lot more complicated than they really are, and once you figure out how to cut one, making another is very easy. For these cards I used either orange or black for the card base and then added coordinating pattern paper. Happy Halloween was the sentiment on all the cards and I added a glitter foamie on each one too.
