Here's card #2 in the notecard gift pack.....
I die-cut the scalloped card base in white cardstock and added a layer of striped pattern paper - which already included the flower bouquets in the corners!
The frame is die-cut in white cardstock and the flourishes and sentiment stamped in Smokey Shadow ink. Note is die-cut in Mint Julep cardstock and placed on an angle between the words. The frame is on fun foam for dimension.
A bit of Seaweed twine wrapped around the top finished off this card.
